How do you overhaul a f250 motor?

i puchased the haynes repair manual but dont want to read as much is their a site that may have pics and info on ford do it yourself repairs?How do you overhaul a f250 motor?
if your doing a rebuild your self..you will need the manual. if you don't already have a basic understanding on how to disassemble and reassemble an engine (chev ford or dodge..doesn't really matter) then its not a good idea to do it yourself. especially if you think the manual is to much reading. to use it right have a basic understanding and use it as a reference guideHow do you overhaul a f250 motor?
