How do i remove the seat from my 2001 audi a4 quattro?

i have the haynes repair manual but its not being much of a help finding front track boltsHow do i remove the seat from my 2001 audi a4 quattro?
Move the seat all the way back. The bolts should be triple-squares, 12 mm. They are almost all the way at the front of the track. Remove them, and move the seat all the way forward. Open the rear door and remove the rear track bolts, and you can pull the seat right out.
