I really just need the repair book such as a Haynes manual. What would be similar to a 1977 GMC Midas RV/Motor-home (class A)Manual (manf. or Haynes) for a 1977 GMC Midas Motorhome RV?
I have never seen an aftermarket manual (Haynes nor others) for a motor-home. The old GMC's have a following and I have run across some clubs devoted to them. You might try Googling for a GMC RV club to see if some who own them can help you out.
