I have a ford fiesta MK6 53 reg. Will a Haynes manual tell me all the useful things I need to know?

I need to know tyre pressures ect. %26amp; How to check engine oil and air filters.

I just need to know the main things like the typre pressures and the usual stuff.

Are the Haynes manuals just for repairing or do they give you all the common info ?

To be honest a Haynes book is going to be a bit beyond you I'm afraid. All the info you need will be in the Owners handbook surely?

If you haven't got one they're easily enough found on Ebay or as a last resort from a Ford dealer.
What you really need is an owners handbook that is supplied free with every vehicle and you should have one. That contains all the information that Ford will provide you with.

Haynes manuals are mainly for DIY repairs etc, but they will give you the "common info" as you describe it for a Purchase price of 拢19.99.

Find an owners handbook from the previous owner or Ford even and you will have all the things that you you need to know unless you have to do repairs, which are not well covered in the owners handbook.

Haynes will be a waste of money as everything you need to know is in the users manual. You need to sort it quickly as you are on about weekly checks. If you run out of oil or coolant and don't notice you WILL need a new engine. Ask a friend relative to show you the basics.



Just a thought, if you recently passed your test you are shown how to do basic checks.
