Where could i find a repair manual for a Chevrolet Cheyenne?

i have a 1986 Chevrolet Cheyenne and i want to get it running

i want the repair manual to help get me started i checked the Haynes site and they didn't have the Cheyenne listed

i know the head gasket is messed up so detailed instructions on that would be a big step in the right direction any books or resources yall can recommend would be greatly appreciated

Yes, Cheyenne is just a trim level. You need to look under Chevrolet/GMC C/K pickup truck. C is 2 wheel drive, K is 4 wheel drive. 10 or 1500 for 1/2 ton, 20 or 2500 for 3/4 ton, 30 or 3500 for 1 ton models.



If you go to autozone.com you can access a pretty good repair manual for free. Just register, enter your vehicles year, make, model and engine size, and click "repair info" and then "view repair guides".



As far as paper manuals, this one is the best bang for the buck. Can be found in the low $20's range if you shop around.

It will be under ,"Chevrolet/GMC trucks. Cheyenne is a just the trim package. An auto parts store should have one.
Haynes does have a manual for 1986 that inclueds the Cheyenne.Its for Chev And GMC trucks have one.Where could i find a repair manual for a Chevrolet Cheyenne?

Well, I did some searching for a Chevy Cheyenne repair manual for you. I think the best you're going to be able to get is a repair manual for Chevy %26amp; GMC pick-ups. Although I personally prefer Chilton Total Care manuals, the following is all I could find that included the year.
