Where to find a standard auto repair manual /?

I have a 1989 Mercury Tracer 4 cyl station wagon %26amp; can not find a repair manual .

I have checked all local auto parts stores %26amp; can not find this repair guide for my car.

I have been on-line to the auto book repair company's ; Chilton's %26amp; Haynes %26amp; can not find a repair manual for this year %26amp; model either ?

Any one have any suggestions on where or how i might be able to obtain one ?
