Where could i view or download a copy of Haynes Repair Manual: Techbook; Chevrolet Engine Overhaul online. I dont want to spend the 30 dollars on the book to find it worthless to me.Haynes manuals?
Do yourself a favor and avoid Haynes Manuals. They're really generalized and have bad pictures. Spend $50 on eBay and get yourself an official Service Manual for the exact car engine you're working with. The detailed pictures and instructions in a Service Manual easily makes it worth every single penny you pay for it.

If you are doing an overhaul it would be worth the $30.00. If you only need a few pages your local library has them and will normally let you copy the pages you need.

How would it be not worth it? If you own the vehicle and plan on doing any work on it yourself then BUY IT. I've had one for every single vehicle I've ever owned and it's been WORTH IT.
Haynes manuals are crap.Take zerok's advice and buy a service manual.
