Why does the Military not force Reservist to pay Child Support?

This is about Military Reservist only, to pay child support. How do I go about getting the Reservist command to see to the Military Reservist to pay his full child support, he has a civilian job. He will not turn in where he is working. Is there any way through the military to find out where the person is working? The command will only get involved when is goes Active Duty, and not when he is Reservist only. Why?Why does the Military not force Reservist to pay Child Support?they get involved when he is active duty because that is his job and they know about it, those other days that hes not drilling out of the month he is a civilian so really they cant do anything about it.. you should try taking that up with the local courts those people cuase youre not gonna get anywhere through the reserves..sorry kiddoWhy does the Military not force Reservist to pay Child Support?
Federal law authorizes the pay of active, reserve, and retired members of the military and the pay of civilian employees of the Federal government to be garnished. Legaly he must only pay pay what he claims as a civillian because he is only part time Military, but he should be claiming the Reserves as seconday income if not I suggest getting a lawyer. Why does the Military not force Reservist to pay Child Support?Child support is a civil matter, for the civil courts. I doubt his drill pay comes close to what he owes and they are not allowed to give out private information on an individual because of raving nut case ex wives who seek to do harm to their former spouses.

Why should the military waste it's time, working for you. You find out where he's working just as if he had no military connection. Why should you benefit from his service? Why does the Military not force Reservist to pay Child Support?

If it is Court mandated he is in big trouble...

The going Rate the US Government goes by is a minimum

of17% of His Gross (That includes any money he gets

for Reserve pay)If he is receiving Drill Pay married man
