Has the Ford Focus Changed much in the past 6 years?

I'm considering purchasing Haynes 2000 and 2001 Ford Focus Repair Manual. I have a 2007, but there doesn't seem to be a manual for that. Will the 2000-2001 manual be close to the same as far as routine maintenance goes?Has the Ford Focus Changed much in the past 6 years?
The earlier focus had the Zetec engine, while the 2007 is exclusively the Duratec engine. 2005 was mostly just an appearance change. 2006 had a slight suspension and ECU change, but I'm not sure what changed in 2007. Routine maintenance should be the same for all years.Has the Ford Focus Changed much in the past 6 years?
Hasn't changed much - so do okay.

That said, the only maintenance is changing the oil and filter, and checking fluid levels.
