How hard is it to replace a passenger side mirror for a 2005 Honda Accord?

I got the Haynes repair manual from the library and it isn't too descriptive.

I'm searching online for resources (videos, pix, etc) but would appreciate any help at all.

Thanks! How hard is it to replace a passenger side mirror for a 2005 Honda Accord?
Awe work it out. MAke your passenger hold the mirror for you. No one rides for free!
chilton is a better repair manual but replacing the mirror is not hard at all you will have to remove the door panel to access the bolts that hold the mirror onHow hard is it to replace a passenger side mirror for a 2005 Honda Accord?
shouldn't be any trouble at all unless there's wiring that needs to be done for side mirror control
If it's a manual mirror, you probably pull off an inside trim piece to expose two or three screws that hold the mirror on. If it's an electric mirror, there will be a plug to unplug, and you ight need to remove the inside door panel to get at it. Name the items they mention to do this job. Usually they are very simple and need little description for someone familiar with the car. I appreciate your anxiety about pulling at something when the directions are vague. How hard is it to replace a passenger side mirror for a 2005 Honda Accord?
It's usually just a couple of screws. So I'd say pretty easy if you know which side of a screwdriver is which. If it is electric, it's a little more involved because you have to unplug it from the harness.
Hi, I was a mechanic for awhile and to be accurate I would need to look at it, but most vehicles you will need to remove the door panel to find the mounting hardware or sometimes their is a plastic cover on the inside of the door behind the mirror ( both the door panel and/or plastic cover may be hard to remove so be careful when removing them) and this will give you access to the mounting hardware. This is all I can say without seeing it. Good luck.
